Total Risk Management

With personal health and daily work-life balance issues leading to high levels of absenteeism, presenteeism, and other productivity inefficiencies within an organization, the ability to combine numerous resources into one solution will provide significant benefit to employees and dependents. Unlike traditional disease management programs, IWS does not target eligible participants based on a limited number of diseases addressed. Instead, IWS identifies the health risks of each covered member in the plan through a periodic, comprehensive, claims analysis. Those members with the highest risk scores, regardless of disease, are directed to individual care management. Individual care management includes a personal RN Care Manager who provides telephone assessments and interventions, and who is also available to provide member support, answer questions and respond to general patient needs.

IWS also has the ability to work with traditional Disease Management companies by data-feeding its Health Assessment information to make more holistic decisions.
