Stuart M. Sutley - Principal, Sales and Marketing

After graduating from the University of Virginia in 1987, Stuart completed a successful four-year-tour in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry officer culminating in a strategic battalion position during Operation Desert Storm. Following Desert Storm, he embarked on a five-year opportunity with consumer products giant Newell Corporation, holding positions ranging from production supervisor to product manager to national sales manager. While working for Newell, Stuart also earned his MBA from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. In 1998, Stuart was recruited by Bank Boston Ventures to work with one of its portfolio companies, Langston Corporation, where he managed in excess of 500 employees and developed sales budgets in excess of $75MM.
A desire to make a difference with employees after his years of working in employee-related industries led Stuart to found Innovative Wellness Solutions (IWS). With a goal to add value to the lives of people and help companies better manage future health-related employee and dependent issues, IWS' customized platform treats each company and each participant as a unique situation, thus driving tangible results.
Susie Wittich - Principal, Sales and Account Management

With a 15+ year career in non-profit development work for major organizations such as Washington College, Cabrini College and Living Classrooms Foundation, Susie has blended strong communication and interpersonal skills with the strategic focus that is necessary for successful program implementation and goal management. She greatly enjoyed the variety of tasks associated with development work, and was involved with everything from major gifts solicitations, grant writing, event planning and execution, public relations issues, marketing and external communications.
Passionate about the organizations for which she works, Susie sees wellness as key to managing successful lives and organizations. When her youngest son was diagnosed with asthma as an infant, wellness and health management became her primary focus. While there is no cure for asthma, careful management and a commitment to a healthy lifestyle has significantly and positively impacted not only her son, but her entire family. Susie has seen first hand how a proactive commitment to wellness can affect the lives, and she welcomes the opportunity to help bring her business skills and her personal experience to your organization.
Traci Moore, MA Psychology - Clinical Staff Officer

With a Certificate of Advanced Study in Psychology from Towson University in Baltimore, Maryland, Traci focused her education on the health and welfare of school students working in the Baltimore City School system with high school students beginning in 1995. Her responsibilities included employment of effective intervention techniques through counseling and behavior management to assist young adults in making better decisions regarding themselves and their surroundings. This work made it critical to have effective communication and consultation skills with her patients, parents, teachers and administrators. Traci also became proficient in administration and interpretation of psychometric tests. Psychometrics is the field of study concerned with the theory and technique of educational and psychological measurement, which includes the measurement of knowledge, abilities, attitudes, and personality traits.
Based on Traci's strong background in working with people in the area of behavior change and counseling, she was a natural fit to work with IWS in developing and implementing the behavior change models employed by IWS. This strength lead her to taking on her current role to work with all care professionals utilized by IWS to ensure consistency in the delivery of patient assessment and care.
Lynnet Tirabassi, BSN, RN, RYT - Corporate Nurse Coordinator

Lynnet graduated from The Union Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1989 and practiced nursing at The Johns Hopkins Medical Institutions for several years. Subsequently she became Nursing Director and Program Coordinator for The Atlantic Cardiovascular Patient Outcomes Research Team. She developed and coordinated innovative research and clinical projects focusing on processes of care, designed to inform health care policy related to interventional cardiology services.
In 1996 she completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing at the University of Maryland. Lynnet's interest and work in wellness began in 2003 with championing wellness days for corporations. Lynnet collaborated with RTI, HUD and the CDC in managing the Baltimore Housing and Health project and acted as consultant to the Chicago and Los Angeles sites for the health and wellness of HIV-affected patient populations. In an attempt to bridge the gap between eastern and western medicine, Lynnet completed RYT200 certification in Integrative Yoga Therapy from the Yama Studio in Baltimore, MD in 2006. She teaches yoga in local hospitals and community centers as an enhancement of care to many different medical diagnoses. Joining Innovative Wellness Solutions in 2004, she coordinates the roles and responsibilities of the IWS Corporate Health Nurse program which promotes wellness in the workplace.
Susie Perzynski - Quality

With 25 years of experience in corporate roles in the health and care giving industries, Susie's background for detail and process control makes her a key member of IWS with oversight responsibilities for quality management. As Baltimore Metropolitan Director, American Heart Association (AHA) for the Maryland Region in the 1980's, Susie provided communitywide awareness of the risks inherent to heart disease and stroke. She helped develop and provide educational programs designed to assist in achieving a heart-healthy lifestyle (smoking cessation, nutrition, exercise, etc.), and worked closely with area hospitals and cardiologists in focusing the public's attention on cardiovascular disease, this country's largest health-related killer.
After her career with AHA, Susie joined the Institute for Johns Hopkins Nursing in Baltimore, Maryland. In this position, she was in charge of the administration of continuing education and quality control programs for nurses at The Johns Hopkins Hospital and The Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. Susie also provided seminars and workshops for national and international nursing professionals. Until joining IWS in 2007, Susie was the Executive Director, Brightwood Retirement Community in Lutherville, Maryland for seven years. She was responsible for the day-to-day management and administration of an independent-living retirement community with an active health-wellness component. Susie worked closely with health professionals in providing risk assessments and management, prevention and wellness programs, and healthy lifestyle options and alternatives to an aging-in-place population.
Benjamin C. Sutley - Corporate Counsel and Compliance

After graduating from Denison University in 1991, B.A. History, Benjamin began a six year career in education beginning in present day Czech Republic and ending at Ruxton Country School in Owings Mills, Maryland in 1997. During this time a Master's of Arts Degree in History was achieved at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County. Thereafter, Benjamin left education and began a career in law, completing a Law degree from the University of Baltimore and admitted to the Maryland Bar in 2001. Upon admission to the Maryland Bar, Benjamin began his own law practice. Primarily a litigator, Benjamin has successfully argued numerous cases before juries, judges and commissioners throughout the state of Maryland as well as Federal Judicial and Administrative courts.
Bringing a successful track record for legal detail as well as the experience of starting and growing his own law business, Benjamin made a commitment to take these experiences and skills and focus on the day to day legal needs and regulations compliance for Innovative Wellness Solutions.
Richard Wiklund - Technology Officer

Rich started working with IWS in 1994 as a consultant in guiding IWS to implement a secure and robust system to operate its business. Rich contributes to general business planning regarding technology and systems required to maintain company operations and competitiveness. He assists in recognizing new developments in information systems technology, and anticipates organizational modifications. Rich also ensures confidentiality and reliability of corporate data to meet HIPAA requirements, proprietary information, and intellectual property.
Read Murray - Operations Coordinator

A Towson University graduate, Read has always had a passion for helping others. Before she joined the team at IWS, she was a manager of a catering company located in Baltimore. Read helped coordinate and organize each event along with managing others in the company. In October of 2006, she was introduced to IWS and saw the opportunity to help promote health and wellness among employees. Since then she has been managing accounts along with planning each wellness event in great detail. IWS offers Read to follow her belief in a better way of living and to help introduce others to healthier ideas.
Kelli Anders - Education and Training

A native of Baltimore, Kelli has always had a passion for health & wellness, but it wasn't until a life-changing event that she decided to pursue a full-time career in promoting health. It was her brother's 18-month battle with and ultimate death from Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2001 that became a turning point. In 2002, Kelli founded What's Your Why?, Ltd., dedicated to improving people's physical, nutritional &emotional health. Kelli's mission is to promote healthful living to those seeking positive change. She accomplishes this through wellness education programs, introducing people to safer, more healthful products and the role that proper nutrition plays in weight management, energy and longevity. Kelli joined Innovative Wellness Solutions in early 2007.
Lindsey Bond - Field Manager/Trainer

With 5 years of experience in the health and wellness industry, Lindsey has truly developed a special passion for people and the lives she can positively influence. Lindsey began her studies at the Baltimore County Community College where she focused on health and nutrition. The balance between nutrition, weight management, stress management and physical activity became the focus for her education. She graduated at the top of her class from Medix School in 2004 where she studied Medical Assisting and phlebotomy ultimately attaining her Certified Medical Assistant Degree, American Heart Association Blood Pressure Certification, CPR Certification and National Academy of Phlebotomy Science Certification. Directly out of school, Lindsey began working for Chesapeake Urology Associates where she perfected her phlebotomy skills and dialogue with the public. Lindsey also began performing mobile medical services for one of the largest paramedical examination companies in the country.
Joining IWS in the fall of 2006 was a life changing accomplishment. She is now able to use her clinical experience and skills along with her knowledge base for nutrition, health and wellness to work directly one on one with people to make a lasting change.
Maria Weir - Spanish Translation Services

Enjoying a career as a professional Spanish to English translator and interpreter with more than 18 years of experience, Maria joined IWS to assist with the company's growth in services to the Hispanic populations working for many of IWS's clients.
Her experience includes the translation of environmental, legal, safety and general correspondence and interpretation in the legal and health care fields. She is a member of the ATA (American Translators Association) and Board member of the DVTA (Delaware Valley Translators Association). Her work as an interpreter for the Immigration, Workers Compensation and Social Security Courts and as a trainer of interpreters in the legal and health care fields has turned her into a consultant for several agencies and companies that deal with the Hispanic workforce. In addition to her work with IWS, Maria runs Spanish Services, her own translation and interpretation business since 1990.
